1. Ordering process:

 

1.1  How does it work?

 

 You can order by the following ways:

 

►  Upload a valid prescription in case of a prescribed medicines or any healthcare products  on the website/ mobile app

1.2 What information do you need from me to process my order as fast as possible?

   

 -  In order to process your order quickly, we need the following details from you:

 

          ►  Your billing/shipping information

          ►  Your prescription (required for the order of Prescription medicines).

          ►  Your payment details.

 

 

1.3 Is there any limit on the number of prescriptions that I can upload?

 

Yes ! A total no of 4 prescriptions can only be uploaded in an order. However, you can upload the remaining prescription(s) in a new order. You may also combine your prescription medication order with herbal or OTC products

 

 

1.4 Is my order confirmed as soon as I place it? What if my medicines are not listed in your catalogue?

 

No, once you place an order, our pharmacy expert will verify & validate the prescription submitted by you & our vendor will check and confirm the stock availability. We will send you an SMS and email, if we are unable to fulfil some medicines.  In case, some of the medicines you ordered are not available or not listed in the catalogue, we will reach out to you right away.  As we are only the facilitator or lead generation platform, we only connect you to the pharmacy - which after due verification of credentials and your prescription – may confirm your order. 2.1  Why do the prices of medicine vary?

 

Medicine prices vary by geographical location and often change on a day to day basis due to regulations and distributors. The prices listed on our site act as guidance and help you understand if you are paying the right price for your medicines.

 

2.2   How do I know the medicines delivered are authentic & genuine?

 

All the products are being supplied directly by the genuine & authentic vendors or partnered    pharmacy associated with the company vendors/partners concerned shall solely be responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product. However, in all cases the pharmacy which has dispensed the medicine will be held legally liable and solely responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product so ordered. Please further read our Terms & conditions to understand your responsibilities and liabilities.

 

2.3  Which locations do you deliver to?

 

MediQuick India Healthcare & Wellness Pvt. Ltd currently delivers in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad Faridabad & Gurgaon (Gurugram). We will soon be expanding our service in all the other major cities. Stay tuned.

 

2.4  Why is the image shown on the website different from the item I received?

 

We make consistent effort to ensure product images on our website are identical to the items you receive; occasionally actual product colour may vary from the image shown. We cannot guarantee the accurate representation of the product because not all computer monitors may have the same colour settings. Please note that product image on our site is for illustrative purpose only.

 

3.    Billings & Payments:

 

          3.1 Are your entire product prices quoted in Indian Rupees?

 

                Yes ! all product prices quoted in our website are in Indian Rupees.

 

          3.2 What forms of payment does MediQuick India accept for online orders?

 

                MediQuick India accepts the following modes of payment:

 

►   Credit/debit card

►   Net banking

►  Paytm & Other E-Wallets

►  Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

Note: Credit/debit card and net banking payments are processed via our online payment   service partners.

 

3.1  Cancellation policy
 

3.1.1      How do I cancel my order?

 

  You can cancel the order from within your dashboard on the website or mobile application Inside My Orders, or write to us at  [email protected] or call us on 88-00-88-2698  to cancel your order.

 

Note:   You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or if you wish to cancel your order, you can also send an email request to [email protected] . Please note that in case your order has already been charged or delivered, we cannot cancel it.

 

 

3.2  Return/ Refund  Policy

 

3.2.1     We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order. We make sure that none of our partner pharmacies deliver you expired products, however, please check your orders at the time of delivery and report any return request before you pay the delivery personnel.

 

3.2.2      Any refund request would be processed in the 5-7 business days onto to the same account the transaction was initiated from. For more information you can email to is :  [email protected]

 

 

4      ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

4.1 How much time do you take to deliver?

 

We deliver your medicines within 3-5 working days of placing the order subject to its availability. Orders placed post 4pm will be delivered next day.

 

4.2 How is my order packaged?

 

Mediquickindia takes best possible care in packaging your order. Untouched by human hands, your order will be packaged in factory-sealed quality-packs.

 

4.3 What are standard delivery charges?

 

Below are our item-specific Standard Delivery charges:

 

►  Only Prescription Drug orders less than Rs. 1000: Rs. 49

►  Only Non-Prescription item orders less than Rs. 1000: Rs. 99

►  Combination orders of Prescription & Non-Prescription items less than Rs. 1000: Rs. 99

►  For any order value of Rs. 1000 or more: FREE Delivery

 

Note:   Tracking number of your order would be available in your account on www.mediquickindia.com

 

4.4   How will I know the status of my order?

 

You can check your current order status by simply logging into your account. This lets you track your order in real time and know whether it has been processed, shipped or delivered to you.  Alternatively, you may check the status of your order by calling us on our phone number 88-00-88-2698

 

4.5 How will my order be delivered?

 

Your order will be delivered by our preferred logistics partner depending on your pin code. & geographical location
